Sunil Bote Majhi, Class 9, in Satyawati Higher Secondary School. His family is landless; besides he belongs to most indigenous and deprived community in Nepal. Only few students reach high school level and quite few of them pass SLC exam from Majhi communities. SSCT aims to support him until class 12.

Miss Muna Tamang’s father has been lost. She depends on her mother, who works in a local brick factory. The mother-daughter family has no land. She is a prospective bright student if she is encouraged. At present, she has 4th position out of 25 students in her class.

Miss Nilam Pudasaini’s father has also disappeared. Nothing has been heard of him for last 6 years. Her mother is a support staff in the local school but she is paid little. Her mother has to feed her 5 daughters. Since the daughters have difficulty in getting basic stationery, their education is affected. We hope that Miss Pudasaini will improve her education level with our support.

Govinda Shahi is another bright student, his father is an economic migrant to India. He has ordinary job there, comes home once a year. Shahi family has a very small piece of land. But the parents have strong commitment for his study
